This would be a first film to produce. She plays Natalie an architect that can’t be bothered with the whole love thing. She believes romantic comedies are a sham, a lie for audiences to get sucked into. Her mother convinced her of this in childhood. Her mother is played by famous actress Jennifer Saunders.
Natalie’s mother said she was no Julia Roberts. The young girl took it to heart and lived her life like that until now. She gets knocked unconscious at the subway after thinking a man was interested in her. Sadly, it turns out he was just trying to mug her.
Natalie runs into a pole and blacks out. This accident would turn her reality inside out and is now trapped in a romantic comedy. This one is PG-13 too, so nothing goes too far. Natalie hates her new reality and wants to get back to her old life. To get back, Natalie has to find her true love. This takes choosing between her two love interests. They are played by Liam Hemsworth (Blake) and Adam DeVine (Josh). Blake is Natalie’s architect client at work and Josh is her best friend.
